This website is informational. It does not constitute an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a binding commitment to transact in any mineral or commodity. Any engagement is governed by a separate, written agreement executed under NDA.

By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to represent the entity on whose behalf the inquiry is made. All inquiries are treated as confidential.

Any transaction proceeds only after successful completion of our KYC/AML, source-of-funds, and responsible-sourcing verification. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

Assay, weight, and provenance are established by independent, accredited third parties. Custody during verification and transfer is held by insured, regulated custodians. Titles and settlement occur only against confirmed verification and cleared funds.

All information exchanged during an engagement is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or regulator.

The website content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this website should be relied upon as legal, financial, or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meek Mine International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability under any executed engagement agreement is limited as stipulated in that agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration seated in Nairobi unless otherwise agreed in the engagement contract.
